Setting up a captive portal

I started this project during my internship in an agricultural High School, but for the lack of time, i couldn't finish it. So I started it again for the examination, and I added a few things, like https and proxy autoconfiguration.

Context : (Network names and IPs are fictional.)

The high school network is made of two subnetworks, an Administrative and a Educational one. In this situation, no modification is made to the Admin network.
